Become a horror nurse from the depths of an Asylum Hell in this Not So Nice Nurse Kids Costume. The costume comes with a black nurse dress featuring red trimming and button detail as well as a white cross on a blood splatter on the chest. The skirt of the dress features a red waistband with an attached white tattered and bloodstained apron, as well as a tattered hem and a red heart monitor line around the bottom. To complete the costume a matching black headband with blood splatter detail and a white cross is included, along with a pair of red gloves and ripped black footless tights.
